Delivery and Returns

Delivery

The majority of our items will be delivered by Royal Mail* (large, heavy parcels will usually be delivered by Parcel Force*).  **Most items have second class postage included in the price, with an option to choose first class.  Orders over £20 or more will be sent using a signed for service (this applies to single orders, or a combination of orders totalling £20 or more, which are being posted together).  This will be at our expense, and is not a postage option.

Second class post has an expected delivery time of 2-3 days.  First class post has an expected delivery time of 1-2 days.  Neither of these are guaranteed times.

Returns

In the EU you have the right to cancel your order, or return purchases made online within 14 days for a full refund. You can do so for any reason – even if you simply changed your mind.  This 14 day cooling off period DOES NOT apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications (customised) or clearly personalised (source)

Most of our products are customised or personalised in some way.  Almost all products offer at least a choice of colour (and so customised).  For vinyl and acrylic products we consider black to be the default colour.  Any non personalised and/or non customised vinyl or acrylic items requested in black may be returned.  The cost of such returns will be met by you.  Refunds will be issued on receipt of returned goods, and it is advisable that you use a signed for service for your return.

Where an item requires you to add personalisation details, it is your responsibility to ensure that all such personalisation is added correctly - this is includes spelling, grammar and capitalisation.  We are not responsible for any incorrect information given.  

We take great care to ensure that all of our items leave us in perfect condition, and are made to your specifications (where appropriate).  In the event that your item should arrive either damaged or faulty, or containing an error made by us,  you must inform us within 2 days of receipt of your order.  In this case we will bear the cost of either the replacement or refund.

If your order contains vinyl decals, you will receive an application instruction sheet.  Please read and follow the instructions carefully.  All vinyls are checked for lifting before being sent out, and should lift easily from the backing paper.  Further guidelines are given on the decals' shop pages.  The instructions you receive guide you through our own application method, but there are other methods, details of which you can easily find online.

 

Estimated Processing Times

Vinyl Decals regular – Orders for our standard decals are normally processed and despatched within 1 working day

Vinyl Decals Custom – Custom decals will take a bit longer.  Depending on the work involved, we would hope to have these processed and despatched within 3 working days

Cake Toppers – Our standard cake toppers are  normally processed and despatched within 2 working days

Cake Toppers Custom – We would hope to have these processed and despatched within 4 working days, though this is dependent on the work involved.

Wedding Guest Books – We would hope to have these processed and despatched within 4 working days

Engraved Slate and Wood items – normally processed and despatched within 4 working days

Prints and Personalised Prints - normally processed and despatched within 3 working days

Foil Prints - normally processed and despatched within 3 working days

Times given above are approximate – we will always process your order as quickly as we possibly can, and more often than not orders are completed well within the times given above.
