Scratch off Mother's Day Card Surprise Match 3 SCMD4

A 'scratch to reveal', 'match 3', Mother's Day card, printed in the style shown in the image.  A fun way to give a gift that can't be wrapped.  The gift is revealed by scratching off the surface of the silver coloured discs, and finding the 3 that match.

'Mum' may be changed - add this detail in the 'who's it for?' area.

The main design and wording on this card is fixed, the only changes being the gifts and who it's for.

Provide details of the surprise gift, and three alternative gifts, in the relevant areas.  Please keep all 'gifts' short, no more than 4 words.  The discs are just 2.5 cm across and too much text would make it too small to read. Gift details will be added under the scratch off discs - the real gift will be added under 3 discs, the required 3 alternative gifts will be added (2 each) under the remaining 6 discs.

Card is left blank inside for you to write your own message.

A small paper print of the card, showing you what's under the discs, is included.

A light spray of glitter is added to the front of the card, giving it a subtle sparkle.

Printed on 250 gsm white card, approximate measurements are 5 x 7 inches (12.7 x 17.8 cm app). Card is supplied with envelope and posted in a hard backed envelope.  Card is side fold.

Our text on the back of the card reads 'A Card by dijac. making it personal'. This is fixed text.
